How to access
Online lessons take place on Zoom. It's possible to follow the lessons live by accessing at the right day and time indicated on the website. Alternatively, it is possible to view the recorded lessons within 15 days of their publication on Zoom. In order to access, the links will be available once the payment has been made.
Simple quarterly plan
This package gives you access to a single Anusara Elements lesson per week for a period of 3 months. For those curious to understand how an Anusara Elements lesson works, I invite you to visit the dedicated section of the site, at the following link.

LIVE LESSONS TAKE PLACE ON TUE-THU FROM 5.30 PM TO 7 PM (ITALIAN TIMEZONE).
Payment can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer. Once you have received confirmation of payment, a link will redirect you to the page for downloading the voucher with the information to access the Zoom meetings. In case of problems, please inform me by filling out the contact form on the site.
